Bruno Fernandes rescued a point for the Reds on two separate occasions at the Vitality Stadium after Dominic Solanke and Justin Kluivert had put the Cherries ahead in the first half.
The draw leaves Erik ten Hag's men 10 points off the Champions League places meaning they may be forced to accept Europa League or Europa Conference League.
