Delhi Commission for Women on Tuesday sent a notice to Deputy Police Commissioner, Cyber Crime Cell, Delhi Police over climate activist Disha Ravi's arrest in the toolkit case. The Delhi Commission for Women has sent a notice to the Delhi Police over the allegations that due procedure was not followed after Disha Ravi was "picked up" on Sunday from her house in Bengaluru.

The Delhi Commission for Women asked the Delhi Police to provide a copy of the FIR, reasons for allegedly not producing her before local court for transit, "not providing the lawyer of her choice" when she was produced before the Patiala House court and a detailed action taken report.
