Britney Spears' life has always been extensively documented in the media. The documentary Framing Britney Spears is now a topic of conservation. It details how the singer wants to be free of the conservatorship. Earlier, her dad Jamie was her conservator but now it is Jodi Montgomery. It seems the lady is handling her finances really well. Now, the legal representative of Kevin Federline her ex has reacted on the commotion around the documentary. It seems her kids, Sean and Jayden have no idea of what is happening around her estate. Federline has 70 per cent custody of the kids. Earlier, they had 50-50 per cent custody but now he has a greater role.

His lawyer said in a media statement, "Kevin enjoys the full extent of the custody that he has. Both parties are working well in exchanging custody." Britney Spears became an international sensation at the age of 16 with her album Baby One More Time. However, her mental health started suffering soon after. She was held for erratic behaviour. The lady has often checked into mental health check-up facilities in the US. After a spate of such incidents, the state had decided conservatorship for her. This meant that all her financial and legal decisions were overseen by her father, Jamie and a lawyer.

The lawyer told Page Six, "I think Kevin feels that there seems to be a lot of commotion going on right now, and he trusts that the probate court is going to make orders that they feel are appropriate to protect Britney and her estate." On the other hand, Britney Spear's boyfriend Sam Asghari has openly criticised the interference of her dad in their lives. He is also her manager. It is still unclear what mental ailment is Britney Spears is suffering from. A hearing is expected soon in the matter.
