It's a boy! Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan welcome second child

Kareena, who was admitted to the Breach Candy Hospital here, gave birth around 9 am

Bollywood star couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have become parents for the second time and have been blessed with a baby boy on Sunday.

The news was shared on social media platforms by their close friend, designer Manish Malhotra, and Kareena's cousin Riddhima Kapoor Sahni.

Saif Ali Khan, 50, and Kareena, 40, got married on October 16 2012, after a courtship of five years and the couple is often referred to as Saifeena.

Their first son was born on December 20, 2016 – and he had been named Taimur Ali Khan.

Saif Ali Khan, the 10th Nawab of Pataudi, is the son of the legendary cricketer late Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi, popularly known as Tiger Pataudi and actress Sharmila Tagore.

Kareena Kapoor, also known as Bebo, is the daughter of Randhir Kapoor and Babita. She is the granddaughter of late showman Raj Kapoor and great-granddaughter of Prithviraj Kapoor.

This is the fourth child for Saif Ali Khan.

Saif Ali Khan had married actress Amrita Singh in October 1991 and has a daughter, Sara (1993), an actress, and son Ibrahim (2001) before the couple later separated in 2004.
