Meghan Markle stepped into the role of being a director when she told a woman to move away from Prince Harry at a recent Sentebale polo match.

On Friday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were in Miami for a fundraising polo match where they shared a sweet public kiss. The couple reportedly had a film crew in tow ahead of their new Netflix projects which were recently unveiled, with one of the two focusing on polo.

The Sentebale Polo Cup is held annually in aid of Sentebale, the charity Harry co-founded in 2006, and for the event, Harry captained the Royal Salute Sentebale Team against the Grand Champions Team, with his team winning triumphantly 3-1. He was then presented with a trophy by his wife when a seemingly awkward moment took place on-stage.

In footage shared on social media from the event, it appears that Meghan requested a woman in a white dress to move to the middle of the group and away from her husband Prince Harry, so that Meghan could be next to him. In a clip circulating online, Harry kept his arm around Meghan while she spoke to the lady and seemingly insisted that she stand beside her husband for the photo opportunity.

And now body language expert Judi James has weighed in on the moment that people were cringing over. "Meghan will know all about framing a good shot for the cameras and so it might not be surprising if she had possibly felt compelled to do so here," Judi told us exclusively.

She added: "She and Harry are producing a Netflix show and her role as director might easily have led her to move this woman about like an extra on a film set. Or perhaps she was just being friendly and wanting to make the woman feel more comfortable next to her where she would be under Meghan’s wing."

Judi then noted how Meghan looked "concerned as the woman takes to the stage and steps beside Harry with her hands on the trophy". She added: "Meghan is ushering another woman into the line-up but her eyes are on the first one.

" This is Harry’s victory scene and he and Meghan have performed their romantic kiss perfectly. Meghan seems to urge the woman across to stand in the gap next to her but when the woman does finally get the hint she needs to do a very awkward duck and under-arm movement to get to where Meghan has decided she should be."

Judi then noted how there was a lack of "warm, fond, connecting smiles or acts of close friendship from Meghan" in the clip towards the woman, but added: "Like any good director/star Meghan just seems to want to get on with the shot, beaming at Harry and posing beautifully and happily for the camera."
