Newcastle vs. Spurs (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Tottenham Hotspur will endeavour to consolidate their place in the top four of the Premier League when they travel to St James' Park to lock horns with European hopefuls Newcastle United on Saturday lunchtime.

The Magpies will be seeking revenge after they were put to the sword 4-1 by Spurs in the reverse fixture in North London four months ago.

We say: Newcastle United 2-2 Tottenham Hotspur

Along with Tottenham, Newcastle are one of only two teams to score in 100% of their Premier League home matches this season, while Spurs have found the net in each of their last 17 top-flight visits to St James' Park. Each of the last eight meetings have also seen both teams score, so goals should be on the cards this weekend.

Both sides are aware of the importance of claiming maximum points in their respective quests to qualify for Europe, but considering there is little to separate these two teams at present, the spoils may be shared in an entertaining draw.

Brentford vs. Sheff Utd (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Two struggling teams battling at the wrong end of the Premier League table square off at the Gtech Community Stadium on Saturday as Brentford play host to basement club Sheffield United.

The Bees will be seeking revenge after they were beaten 1-0 by the Blades in the reverse fixture at Bramall Lane four months ago courtesy of a superb first-half strike from James McAtee.

We say: Brentford 2-1 Sheffield United

A closely-fought contest is in store between two teams desperate to return to winning ways in their quest for survival, and although Sheffield United have got the better of Brentford in recent meetings, we believe the Bees may just edge this match on home soil to end their torrid winless run.

Burnley vs. Brighton (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Burnley's battle to escape the Premier League relegation zone will continue on Saturday afternoon, when they welcome an out-of-form Brighton & Hove Albion outfit to Turf Moor.

The home side are currently 19th in the table, six points from the safety of 17th position, while Brighton sit 10th, with the Seagulls picking up just one point from their last three matches during a disappointing run.

We say: Burnley 1-1 Brighton & Hove Albion

Draws are no good to Burnley at this stage of the season, but they have only managed four league wins all campaign, and it is difficult to back them to get over the line here. Brighton's recent performances have been disappointing, but the Seagulls should be good enough for a point on Saturday afternoon.

Man City vs. Luton (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Four days on from their Champions League thriller in Madrid, Manchester City return to Premier League action when they face Luton Town at the Etihad Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

The Citizens claimed an emphatic 6-2 away victory over the Hatters in the FA Cup just under two months ago, with Erling Haaland scoring five goals at Kenilworth Road.

We say: Manchester City 3-0 Luton Town

Luton's win last weekend was a timely boost in their quest to avoid the drop following a difficult run of form, but the prospect of securing back-to-back victories for the first time since December and stopping the juggernaut that is Man City on their own turf will be a tall order to say the least.

The Citizens love playing at the Etihad and having already had plenty of joy in front of goal against the Hatters this season, it is difficult to look beyond a comfortable victory for the title-chasing hosts, even if Guardiola opts to freshen up his side from midweek.

Nott'm Forest vs. Wolves (Saturday, 3.00pm)

© Reuters

Nuno Espirito Santo will renew acquaintances with former club Wolverhampton Wanderers when his Nottingham Forest outfit play host for a Premier League contest at the City Ground on Saturday afternoon.

There was nothing to separate these two teams when they butted heads in the reverse fixture four months ago as they played out a 1-1 draw at Molineux.

We say: Nottingham Forest 1-1 Wolverhampton Wanderers

Neither side head into Saturday's contest in particularly high spirits, but they will both view this fixture as a good opportunity to claim maximum points and begin a positive run of form heading down the home straight.

However, the last two meetings between these sides have finished as 1-1 draws and another tight affair could be on the cards at the City Ground.

Bournemouth vs. Man Utd (Saturday, 5.30pm)

© Reuters

Seeking to claim their first Premier League victory in over a month, Manchester United travel to the Vitality Stadium to face Bournemouth on Saturday evening.

The Cherries are looking to complete their first league double over the Red Devils after cruising to a surprise 3-0 victory in the reverse fixture at Old Trafford four months ago.

We say: Bournemouth 2-2 Manchester United

Man United's character will be tested in the coming weeks as they cannot afford to drop any more points if they are to keep their slim top-five ambitions alive, while Bournemouth could do with returning to winning ways if they are to spark a late push for the top seven.

The Cherries got the better of the Red Devils in comfortable fashion the last time these two teams met, but we feel that there is little to separate them this time around so they may be forced to share the spoils in a score draw.
