Saudi Cable unveils 2 key appointments

Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Cable Company has appointed Sabri Alghamdi as the new Chairman of the company upon the board’s resolution on 7 April 2024, which built on the ordinary general meeting’s (OGM) approval on 3 April.

The company also announced that Walid Al Shuwaier has been named the Vice Chairman of Saudi Cable, according to a bourse disclosure.

The two officials were appointed as independent board members and will serve the company for a new three-year board term, from 4 April 2024 until 3 April 2027.

In 2023, Saudi Cable appointed Nael Sameer Mohammad Fayez as its CEO for one year starting February. This was besides his main role in the company as the Managing Director which he assumed in 2022.
