For the occasion at the Royal Salute Polo Challenge in Wellington on Friday, Harry was dressed in white trousers paired with a light blue shirt and a beige blazer, while Meghan dazzled in a chic cream halterneck dress.
The annual Sentebale Polo Cup is organised to support Sentebale, a charity co-founded by Harry in 2006, which aids young people and children in southern Africa.
Leading the Royal Salute Sentebale Team, Harry faced off against the Grand Champions Team, captained by his close friend and Argentinian polo star Nacho Figueras.
During the match, Harry was seen vigorously playing for his team, donning their blue and white kit and sporting the number two on his sleeve.
His team triumphed with a 3-1 victory, with Harry himself scoring the first goal, as reported by the Associated Press.
Figueras shared with journalists that there's friendly banter between him and Harry about who will come out on top, praising the duke as "a very good rider".
"He's a very good athlete, he has great eye-hand coordination. He's very competitive. He's a very good polo player," Figueras added.
With wins in both games, Harry's team clinched the trophy of the mini-tournament, and upon receiving the award, he was greeted with a congratulatory kiss on the cheek from Meghan, all in front of approximately 300 onlookers.
Polo is set to be the focus of a new Netflix series, with the Duke and Duchess in the role of executive producers.
