On April 14, the hit romance drama starring Kim Soo Hyun and Kim Ji Won broke past 20 percent to achieve its highest viewership ratings to date. For the fifth consecutive week, “Queen of Tears” remained No. 1 on Good Data Corporation’s weekly list of the TV dramas that generated the most buzz.
