ATE Farms, owners of the Crooked House, in Himley, near Dudley, West Midlands, have appealed a notice to rebuild the 18th Century iconic pub by requesting that it is moved to a different location.

After the historic pub was destroyed in a suspected arson attack and demolished two days later, its owners want to rebuild the iconic ale house in another location to "increase footfall"

The owners of the Crooked House have agreed to a rebuild the pub providing it's built in a new location, planning documents show.

The owners, who have been told to rebuild it, say the current site is "not viable" for a pub.
