Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has sent a Premier League title warning to Arsenal and Liverpool following Saturday's 5-1 win over Luton Town at the Etihad Stadium.

City got off to the perfect start with Daiki Hashioka's unfortunate deflection from Haaland's overhead kick arrowing into the back of the net. Mateo Kovacic doubled their lead in the second half before Haaland scored his 20th Premier League goal.

Jeremy Doku scored a brilliant solo goal in the 87th minute before Josko Gvardiol added to his screamer against Real Madrid to move Pep Guardiola's men to the top of the table.

Both Arsenal and Liverpool have the opportunity to go above City on Sunday. The Gunners will end the weekend as league leaders if they defeat Aston Villa at the Emirates Stadium while Liverpool will look to continue their push for a league title against Crystal Palace.

After helping City to their 22nd win in the Premier League, Haaland has taken to social media to send a fighting talk message to the Citizens' Premier League title rivals.

Alongside a series of images from the 5-1 win over Luton, he said: "We keep pushing *flexing emoji*".

Man City have two huge games coming up in the next week. Real Madrid visit the Etihad Stadium for the second leg of the Champions League quarter-final, with the tie currently level 3-3 before a trip to Wembley follows in the FA Cup against Chelsea.
